I really like the food at this cafe. I think they change it up pretty often, so it never gets boring, but some of the classics stay. The atmosphere is really nice and relaxing, and this is by far the best place to eat during a long day's shopping spree.
The wait staff is also really attentive and friendly here.
My favorite dish is a pasta dish with bacon, spinach, mushrooms and chicken (I think), in an amazingly rick cream sauce. So worth it for around $15 -

We've been coming to this cafe for years. Before the PF Changs, Cheesecake factory's and other restaurants this was the go to spot. If you ask me, it still is. This Nordstrum Cafe is really good. The food is delicious, made to order and we normally have decently good service. This place has a good selection of meals, salads and sandwiches and we've tried them all and they are all good. Our favorites are some of the melts, french onion soup and my mom loves the tuna salad. If you ask me, its the best food option in the area and one that if we are in Towson, we will actually come to this Nordstrum to go eat. While we almost always get our food fast, sometimes the service at the end has been a little slow only because it gets so busy. If that's the biggest complaint that I have, it's pretty good. Dont be fooling by this restaurant in a store, the food is cooked by a REAL chef and is better and healthier than most places in the area. Well done!

I enjoyed breakfast here. It was fresh, the selection was a little limited. Service was fast. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with a glass of water

Went to the cafe mid shopping. Delighted by such amazing customer service. The nice lady accommodated not only my needs, but during her interaction with (what I would consider) a difficult family, she was so patient and made sure to put the wants and needs of the customers first! 10/10 on her part!! The food is a little more pricey but worth the extra buck!

I love this place! One of the better department store café experiences you've probably ever experienced in today's world. At least in Baltimore. The only thing that could be better is having a personal butler! The menu is diverse and completely health-oriented. The prices are reasonable. There's a ginger peach iced tea which is rare if you can ever find it elsewhere. They sell their own cookbooks. The staff is very courteous and helpful. It's usually never too busy so you can truly relax after exhausting yourself shopping! Much more relaxing than the food court here at the mall. That area is always packed.
